SOMA Wisdom Garden is not a carefully controlled or formal garden. It is a living space where trees, flowers, animals, water, and people are allowed to grow together as naturally as possible.

When I arrived here in 2014, the land consisted mainly of jungle and rice fields. Much of it had to be cleared, although we preserved the few established trees that could remain. Almost every tree, flower, and plant you see in the Garden today has been planted since I moved here.

Over the years, the land has become home to many fruit and flowering trees, bananas, pineapples, herbs, birds, fish, and other creatures. The heart-shaped pond lies at its center, reflecting the changing sky and offering a peaceful place to swim, rest, and simply be.

There are quiet pathways, hidden corners, and many places where one can sit beneath the trees and listen to the life of the Garden. Nature sets the rhythm here. Each season brings something different, and the Garden is always growing and changing.

and here the big pond 3-6 meter deep where I swim most of the year

The Orchard

Three years ago, I also began working with electroculture, using natural atmospheric energy to support the vitality and growth of the plants. The results throughout the Garden have been remarkable.
In this photo I have put together a collage, you can see that one part in the back didn’t have yet the electro rods when we planted the seeds, they came later and there is a huge difference.

We use the sunflower seed for chicken food… we have our own eggs, chicken and duck eggs. On the left are the chickens, on the right side the ducks

I will update the page later also with the images of the rooms, we are renovating them right now….

The Garden invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of life.
For this reason, the retreats are centered on experiencing the subject rather than simply learning from books. We listen to the stars, the flowers, the symbols, and what arises within us.
The atmosphere of the Garden helps you relax and reconnect with your intuition and inspiration. There is no rigid schedule. We move forward at the pace of the group and the unfolding experience—not according to the clock.

The rainy season has stopped about 2 weeks ago and leaves are falling, it’s autumn here end of October. That little roof in the front is where the water pipes and the hose connect for watering in the garden. Its protecting it from the sun and rain.
